Preparing for the Unexpected with Alex Fullick

Sheena Thomson and Mark Harris recently gave separate interviews with North American podcaster Alex Fullick on his podcast "Preparing for the Unexpected."  Alex has experts on his podcast that talk about a wide variety of topics that helps organisations or communities plan for, respond to, and overcome adverse situations.

Sheena talked about the role of communications in a crisis, how they support the crisis management team and all the known and unknown dynamics around getting this tight.

Mark talked about the role of communications in a crisis from a. crisis management perspective and how important it is to get our relationship with the media right when we need them most, as well as common pitfalls.

It was a great pleasure talking to Alex.  You can view the podcasts on YouTube below.  The interviews are around 45 minutes in length and have been spit into three sections.
